**The payment of a registration allows each author to submit 1 Extended Abstract/Paper. For each additional Extended Abstract/Paper, to be presented by the same author, the amount described in the table above will be added.
Conference registration includes participation in all sessions, official documentation (certificates), conference kit, coffee breaks and lunch.
Procedure of Registration and Payment

3) Upload the payment proof and the student proof (if applicable).
4) Wait for confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy
If it is impossible for researchers already registered to participate in the workshop, and taking into account the problems that these cancellations generate in the organization of the event, the IWAT2026 Organization will apply the following policy, according to the date on which the cancellation is requested:
– Until April 7 (inclusive), 25% of the registration fee will be retained;
– Between April 8 and 19, 50% of the registration fee will be retained;
– From April 20, the entire registration fee will be retained.
Exceptionally, and upon proof of the existence of a serious personal problem that makes it impossible to participate in the IWAT2026, the Organization may consider a refund of 100% of the registration fee.
