Ethics & Malpractice
The International Workshop on Accounting and Taxation (IWAT2026) is committed to the highest standards of scientific rigor, ethics in communication, and integrity in the publication process. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to act against any inappropriate practice that violates these rules.
ISAG – European Business School and the Centre for Research in Business Sciences and Tourism (CICET-FCVC) are responsible for supervising all stages of the editorial process, including the Book of Abstracts – Proceedings of the International Workshop on Accounting and Taxation. ISAG, as the publisher of the series, ensures that revenues from advertising, physical copies or commercial rights do not influence editorial decisions.
For the IWAT2026, all submissions will be evaluated by a rigorous double-blind peer review process, following criteria, forms and standards approved by the Organizing and Scientific Committees. This procedure ensures:
- Objectivity and transparency in the evaluation;
- Confidentiality of all submissions;
- Respect for legal standards, including copyright.
Acceptance of works is subject to compliance with applicable ethical and legal standards, and plagiarism or copyright violations will not be tolerated.
