Instructions

The Workshop invites three types of original works:

Full paper: Representing completed or consolidated R&D work aligned with one of the Conference themes, these papers are subject to a limit of 10 pages.

Short paper: Offer perspectives of ongoing work with relevant preliminary results, open to discussion in a limit of 6-7 pages.

Extended Abstract: Presents an initial overview of the objectives, methodologies and preliminary results of the research, serving as a concise abstract open to future discussion and development.

Papers can be submitted in Portuguese, Spanish or English and cannot have been previously published or be under review elsewhere. Submissions are accepted in Word format only.

Full article (10 pages) / Short paper (6-7 pages):

  • Article Title
  • Details of the author(s) (first and last name, affiliation, and email address)
  • Structured abstract (300 words):
    • Objective (required)
    • Methodology (mandatory)
    • Originality (required)
    • Results (required)
    • Practical implications (if applicable)
    • Limitations
    • Keywords (between 3 to 6 keywords)
  • Introduction
  • Literature Review
  • Methodology
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusion and Future Research
  • References in the APA system – 7th edition.
  • Acknowledgments (if applicable)

The abstract should include:

Registration and payment for the Workshop are mandatory for all participants.

Accepted abstracts, when presented at the Workshop, will be included in the Workshop’s abstract book.

To ensure publication and presentation, at least one author of a full article, short paper, or abstract must be fully registered by April 15, 2026, respecting the presentation and the suggested page limit. No more than one work will be published per submission. The publication of additional works implies the payment of an additional fee, with a maximum of one additional work per entry. A registration only allows the participation of one author in the congress.
